About Us:

Kalamandir Jewellers Limited (erstwhile Kalamandir Jewellers Ltd.) started the business of retail trade of gold, gold ornaments, precious stones and diamonds studded jewellery in the year 2000 as a proprietorship concern which was later converted into a Pvt. Ltd. concern on 21.05.2009 Entire running business of erstwhile proprietorship concern M/s Kalamandir Jewellers was taken over by Pvt. Ltd. Co. Kalamandir Jewellers Pvt. Ltd. w.e.f. 01.10.2009. Later it has been converted into public limited Company on 14.05.2013. The business is run by Shah family, actively engaged in this line of business for about 4 decades. Company is having its Jewellery & ornaments showroom at four locations viz. Kosamba, Bharuch, Surat & Vapi in Gujarat. Company's external rating has improved at stood "BBB" (Stable) by CRISIL.

The company has also introduced some of the leading jewellery brands in India: RISHTA, KINGLY, INDO ITALIAN, RAINBOW, PLATINUM, RUBY & RISHTA BANDHAN managed and operated by Kalamandir Jewellers Ltd.

The limited company is now being managed by its 5 directors, Mr. Mohan B Shah and his sons namely Mr. Sharad, Mr. Rajesh, Mr. Milan and Mr. Dipesh. The key promoter Mr. Mohanlal B Shah & his four sons along with other family member, holds the controlling stake in the company.

Business of the Company:

The company has specialized in products such as Gold Jewellery, Jadtar Jewellery/ornaments, Diamond studded Jewellery, Precious stones, 916 Hall Mark Jewellery etc. Their competitive advantage lies in their understanding of the local preferences and providing local flavors to the jewellery designs. The exclusive showrooms of the company are strategically established at premium locations close to the targeted customers in all the cities. During the current fiscal, company has also started import of 18 Carat Gold Ornaments of Italian design from Dubai to reduce overall cost and has placed their first footprint in Global Market.
